We are seeking a 6-months contract Cross Border Finance Data Entry Executive for data recording of cash on delivery transactions and invoices. This is a role within the cross-border team working closely with our 6 Finance Teams. Training and guidance will be provided from the crossborder finance team and you are expected to execute your duties independently.

As an integral part of the Cross Border team, you will work with the Finance, Cross Border Operations, Cross Border Solutions teams as well as with customers directly, to. You will be responsible for invoice recording into a centralised database, facilitating month-end billing and invoicing procedures, and for recording cash on delivery milestones for visibility over our remittance speed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and sorting data for data entry
- Consolidating milestone and remittance details from daily, weekly or monthly Cash on Delivery Remittance across 6 countries
- Entering data and invoices into a centralised spreadsheet accurately
- Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Respond to information requests from employees
- Assist with Accounts Receivable resolution and follow ups for 3 Key accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Detail oriented and able to work independently
- Working knowledge of Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
