Singapore POINT OF ENTRY PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join our core team and take ownership of the company’s accounting, financial management, ERP (Odoo) administration, and inventory planning. This is a key role that ensures smooth financial and operational execution as we scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
- Manage all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, banking, and payment processing -ERP (Odoo) Management
- Serve as the internal lead for Odoo ERP — finance, inventory, and sales modules.
- Customize and optimize Odoo workflows to support business needs.
- Train and support team members in Odoo usage.

Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate with China production partner on inventory planning and supply chain needs.
- Monitor stock levels, shipments, and fulfillment processes.
- Build efficient systems for inventory forecasting and demand planning.

Cross-Border Collaboration
- Work closely with the Singapore HQ, China factory partner, and US-based sales/marketing team.
- Consolidate financial and operational data across regions for leadership reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of similar experience in this role handling accounting/finance, ideally with exposure to inventory-driven businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax compliance, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Startup mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce, or cross-border trade.
- Familiarity with international tax/accounting concepts (China/US exposure).
- Previous experience setting up or scaling financial systems for a startup.
