Job Description Responsible for overall country performance of assigned markets for CB Local fulfilment business Analyse and optimise the performance of local fulfilment business, identifying key factors driving success and overcoming bottlenecks in each country Spearhead business growth initiatives by leveraging strategic insights and a data-driven approach, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams to execute plans and achieve growth objectives Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence and assist the senior management team to make strategic business decisions through detailed problem statement and data analysis Prepare weekly and monthly reports through the consolidation and analysis of business updates and trends from discussions with regional and local teams Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Min 2 years of experience in e-Commerce, marketplace, business planning, or related fields Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work Strong team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams Exceptional analytical skills, adept at structured and methodical problem-solving Excellent stakeholder management abilities, fostering positive relationships with all parties involved Outstanding organisational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently Enthusiastic interest in the e-commerce industry, with a penchant for working with numbers Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Shopee by 2x Get notified about new Senior Associate jobs in Singapore, Singapore . #J-18808-Ljbffr
