Our client handles International Sea and Air freight total logistics services. The role of a Customer Service Officer (Japanese Speaking) is to provide sales support to the Sales & Customer Services Department
You will be reporting to the Sales Team Manager.
【What will you be working on】
- Preparing quotations for customers, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
- Taking and placing of bookings.
- Telemarketing to promote the company’s services.
- Coordinate all import & export shipments with overseas and local agents.
- Liaise with Carriers/Shipping Lines, Co-loaders for attractive rates.
- Liaise with internal and external customers.
- Outdoor coordination with Japanese customers when required.
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties.
- ** Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】
- At least Diploma level
- Able to write and speak fluent Japanese. (JLPT N2 level) is required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients to coordinate sea and air freight activities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Possess good analytical skills and team player
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Experience in Ocean and Air freight preferred.
- ** Working Hour**: 8:45 ~ 17:15
