Ay25/26: Business Development Admin Assistant Internship Program

**Overview**
We are looking for a driven and resourceful intern to support our Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and HR operations functions. This role is ideal for Business School students who are looking to gain exposure to real-world business functions within a lean, fast-paced SME environment. You'll work closely with our commercial and operations teams on live projects and client-facing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate potential fit of prospects by conducting market research with available tools and resources to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Gather feedback from clients by conducting research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop a strong foundation in company products and services to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
- Manage the preparation of quotations, invoices, and any documents needed for follow up with clients.
- Respond to enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and existing clients to build relationships and secure appointments.
- Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate / graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
- Able to commit for about 6 months (Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programme)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Highly meticulous in handling tedious paperwork
**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
**Salary**
- SSGD 1,600 per month*
**Location**
- 5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT.
