HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform full recruitment process, from posting of advertisements to securing job offers, on boarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations/ welfare
- Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, government grants
- Maintain HR database
**Job Requirements**:
- Undergraduates, graduates and interns are welcome to apply
- Able to commence work immediately
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Has initiative and able to work independently
- Outgoing personality
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Working Hours**:
- 24 Hours Per week (Monday to Saturday) from 12:30-19:30
**Location**:
- 5 minutes’ walk from Jurong East MRT
