Head of Digital Direct, Clover
**What does a Head of Digital Direct, Clover do at Fiserv?**
This regional role will report to the Head of APAC. The individual will offer experience and fresh ideas combined with strong project management discipline to deliver on all aspects of the digital experience for the client.
The individual, a leader committed to delivering client-centric, frictionless experiences, will work closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations and Client Service in region and globally to define the entire digital client journey with full end-to-end responsibility of the P&L and go to market of the digital channel. The individual will leverage global playbooks / global assets whilst benefiting from experience in APAC markets to localize and specifically target businesses in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The individual will develop a digital journey that promotes digital self-service, conversion and retention. The individual will develop digital marketing programs to drive lead traffic to the website, define the UX with streamlined product selection and purchase journey to ensure high conversion rates; develop the digital onboarding journey by establishing digital self-service and self-boarding user journeys to drive efficiencies in the boarding process, including KYC, risk and compliance; streamline the order fulfilment process for timely provision of hardware and ensure that the client receives relevant and timely communication throughout the journey.
**What you will do**:
- Develop the digital channel as described above, owning the end-to-end project to launch client facing websites from a UX, navigation perspective and integration to platforms to ensure streamlined end-to-end digital journey.
- Manage SEO, drive technical enhancements, whilst optimising content and website recommendations locally. Partner to develop local social channels to support SEO.
- Partner with country leads to identify opportunities within key markets to drive digital performance where suitable for target audiences, then establish test activity to create relevant business case, e.g. Paid media such as Google Ads, through to Aggregators etc. Launch test and learn approach to identify partnership opportunities and tactics to drive marketing qualified leads.
- Responsible for day-to-day relationship management with agency supporting digital programs. Includes preparing requirements for digital campaigns, and project managing them to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Create a Marketing Data Dashboard to demonstrate Digital performance, ensuring economic decisioning within the channel mix. Introduce tracking and measurement across each local market to determine ROI of media activity and influence future channel mix.
**What you will need to have**:
- Minimum 10 years’ digital experience in a global organisation, leading go to market projects, partnering with key business stakeholders. Strong project management and partnership skills.
- A motivated leader committed to driving growth across digital channels through customer centric design with focus on teamwork, execution and timely delivery of strategic projects. Strong project management skills to hit deadlines and ensure success metrics are met.
- High level of integrity to hold confidential information for strategic projects.
- Ability to drive continuous process excellence, improving client experience throughout the client journey.
- Strong technical skills, html and a thorough understanding of website development life cycle and best practices are required. Strong understanding of digital content publishing.
- Experience driving successful lead generation, attrition and cross-sell and follow-up campaign. Solid knowledge of search engine marketing best practices including SEO and PPC. Understanding of Google Analytics and general web performance metrics, with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Passion for results and data-driven decision-making in the digital marketing field. Digital analytics and reporting and working with tracking parameters for clear and effective ROI on campaigns.
