Digital Marketeer – Wine & Lifestyle Brands (Singapore)

About Us:

We are a leading Bordeaux winery with a passion for crafting exceptional wines, now expanding our footprint in Asia through our Singapore-based operations.

We're seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketeer to help scale our online presence, manage CRM and outreach tools, and drive growth across multiple brands — from fine wine to exciting new lifestyle products currently in development (including a premium soft drink line).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our digital presence across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Update and optimise our Shopify store(s) to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies for SEO, CRM, and CRO to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Manage HubSpot for CRM, automation, and email workflows.
  • Operate and coordinate LinkedIn outreach tools such as Meet Alfred, Waalaxy, and Instantly — including segmentation, enrichment, campaign creation, and reporting.
  • Design and implement email campaigns via Klaviyo and HubSpot to nurture audiences and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, open rates, conversions) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the management team on side projects, including new brand launches in beverages and lifestyle products (e.g. Sajahat, Purasinga).
  • Support ongoing content creation, influencer engagement, and digital storytelling for our portfolio of brands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, or outreach automation for e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot, Meet Alfred, Instantly, Waalaxy, and similar outreach/automation platforms.
  • Proficient with Shopify, SEO, CRO, Klaviyo, and general email marketing.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple projects and brands.
  • Passion for wine, design, and premium consumer brands is a plus.
