We are looking for a Performance Specialist who will work closely with our Growth team and is someone who loves and is familiar with everything ads (Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn, and so on) and enjoys playing an active role in the excution of campaigns and analysing search queries. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

- Implement campaigns and ads on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, and other channels as required.
- Perform search query analysis by identifying trends and opportunity keywords
- Execute experiment campaigns across our channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc)
- Report on the effectiveness of campaigns, conversion rates, online-generated sales in a timely manner
- Manage related marketing activities on main off-platform ads channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc) for OF strategic brands and developing sellers
- Implement, monitor and optimize the performance campaigns to maximize the outcome with optimal budget.

**What we’re looking for**

Your Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience with as a Performance Specialist or similar role in digital and performance marketing.
- A degree in a discipline relevant to this position such as marketing, digital and e-commerce
- A deep understanding of the marketing, digital and e-commerce world.

**What we’re looking for**

Your Skill
- You’re an expert in Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns in Google Ad
- You’re familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in performance marketing: Google Analytics, Wordpress. Knowing how to use CRM, Google Tag Manager, HTML, CSS is a plu
- You’re a Google apps expert (Google sheets, slides, doc, etc)
- You are also highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solution
- You’re able to communicate effectively in English
