**Clinical Service Specialist**

Our client is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education. They are pioneers in their speciality and every year, develop over a thousand innovative and specialised surgical products. Their mission is simple; to better the lives of the millions of patients using their products worldwide.

They are looking for a dedicated and committed Clinical Service Specialist to partner with them in their growing business. In this dynamic role which would require you to work after office hours and on weekends, you will be supporting the Commercial Team and providing technical and surgical expertise to medical professionals.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with Company’s technology.
- Providing competent technical and clinical support when Company’s technology is used by surgeons.
- Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new Company’s technology.
- Ensuring appropriate instruments are at the hospital and complete before each use
- Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
- Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to address them and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Company’s product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
