Job Posting Title Sr. Principal Clinical Consultative Services Health Outcomes - Remote **Job Description**: **Responsibilities**: - Serve as an expert consultant in the department, throughout Prime and with our client owners and prospective clients; leverage a deep understanding of Prime’s existing specialty programs, client needs and competitor trends to drive Prime’s Specialty strategy and educate internal partners and stakeholders Contribute to research focused on clinical outcomes that impact total cost of care and contribute to Prime’s Specialty strategy - Analyze and interpret Specialty market and industry trends and provide key plan contacts market information and opportunities for service or product innovation - Build relationships and communicate the clinical outcome and benefits of company specialty products to internal and external thought leaders - Other job duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare field or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 10 years of related work experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Expert ability to communicate effectively and present complex data to a wide variety of audiences, including senior leaders - Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization - Excellent strategic thought and problem solving skills - Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliverables - Experienced and effective working in teams Preferred Qualifications - Pharm D or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree - Previous management experience - Experience in analyzing and using healthcare claims data, clinical research, and statistics - Excellent communication and public speaking skills - Fellowship training Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to the VP in the Health Outcomes department Potential pay for this position ranges from $120,300.00 - $192,300.00 based on location, experience and skills.
