Job Posting Title Clinical Pharmacy Analyst **Job Description**: As a Program Analyst is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative support to one or more of Prime’s functional areas: Clinical Program Management, Utilization Management (UM), Formulary, GuidedHealth, Pharmaceutical Trade Relations, Pharmacy Audit, Clinical Operations and/or Specialty Pharmacy. Having your National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) is a plus for this role. **Responsibilities**: - Partner with internal business partners to develop, generate, analyze, quality check, and coordinate the delivery of client and internal program reporting, which may include UM Savings, Compliance, Utilization data, Retrospective Drug Utilization Review (DUR), Concurrent DUR, member eligibility information, pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical performance and analytics and other reports as needed - Support the RFP and implementation process by gathering information and requirements and communicating status updates to key business partners - Work with various internal departments to create and maintain client, member, and/or physician communications and templates, member disruption mailings, and utilization requests; may also participate in fulfillment activities where applicable - Develop and maintain business process flows and desk top procedures for designated functional area - May support clinical rules maintenance (GPI lists, other lists) and/or client invoicing for programs - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, biology or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 2 years of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related experience developing and improving internal processes - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes - Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications - National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) - 3 years of PBM, Managed Care or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience - Project Management skills - Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management - Proficient in MS Access - Familiarity with SAS Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to Sr Professional, Sr Principal, or Sr Director in the Clinical Program Development department - Could report to Sr Principal or VP in the Clinical Program Management department - Could report to Manager in the Network Management department - Could report to Manager or Director in the Clinical Operations department Potential pay for this position ranges from $62,100.00 - $93,300.00 based on location, experience and skills.
