Director Consulting Analytics

It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make. - Job Posting Title Director Consulting Analytics - Remote - Job Description - Responsibilities - Lead and direct the work of a team of analysts to ensure that client standard and ad-hoc projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner - Serve as knowledge expert for complex client analytical work and develop self sufficiency in end users through effective training and troubleshooting initiatives - Evaluate all requests for change in reporting scope or requirements, development of user acceptance and deployment plans, coordination of training, and other necessary support plans for client group - Lead the development of analytic methodologies, models, reports and new products to serve the needs of internal and external stakeholders - Lead the analytic plan creation, budget management, project prioritization, and analytics objectives for designated team - Develop reporting capabilities for new and existing Prime products to support internal business partners, clients, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers - Develop and execute programs associated with quality assurance and performance guarantees - Serve as thought leader in the design, prioritization and execution of strategic projects to improve ROI and analytic maturity - Direct the efforts associated with the migration and adoption of new enterprise analytic technology and processes for all analytic requests (i.e. Prime Analytics Ecosystem platform) - Other duties as assigned - Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 8 years of PBM, benefits consulting, medical, or financial services experience - 5 years of management/people leadership experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship - Additional Qualifications - Proficient in business intelligence tools (i.e. SAS, Business Objects, Tableau) and Microsoft Office - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of levels within an organization - Ability to build a collaborative team and work effectively across functions, disciplines and/or other groups - Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field - Experience conducting pharmaceutical, medical and/or financial analyses - Extensive consulting experience - Extensive experience using analytic tools - Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Ability to travel up to 15% of the time - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus - Reporting Structure - Reports to Senior Director or VP in the Pharmacy Audit, Pricing Planning & Analysis or Pharm Trade Relations department Potential pay for this position ranges from $120,300.00 - $192,300.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
