Nominee Director

The responsibilities of the Nominee Director include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the Director for our corporate clients and fulfil all responsibilities of a director as required by the Companies’ Act and ACRA Regulations
- Bank visits for account opening and other external tasks.
- Providing Singpass scans and OTPs.
- Executing e-signature physically signing documents.
The Nominee Director will not be involved in the management, finance and operations of the Client and is under no obligation to execute documents involving the management and operations of the Client.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
