It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make. - Job Posting Title Sr. Applied Analytics Analyst Remote - Job Description - The Senior Applied Analytics Analyst will provide business analytics and savings methodology support for New Product Development. This position will support the process of combining business knowledge and quantitative analysis to identify business value opportunities for Prime, our clients, and prospective clients. - Responsibilities - Responsible for the intake and vetting of project requirements and leveraging various data sources to build analytic solutions for prospective clinical products - Support development efforts for savings methodology using a blend of PBM knowledge and technical programming skills - Execute Department specific reporting and work with users and project teams to define new capability and report requirements/methodology - Other department duties as assigned - Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 4 years of data management, data analysis, and/or report development experience with at least 1 year working with benefit plan data, metadata and/or conducting data quality monitoring - 2 years of experience using SAS/ SPSS, SQL, SXC or other data analysis tools - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship - Additional Qualifications - Previous experience working with large data sets and using analytic tools - Intermediate troubleshooting skills and demonstrated ability to problem solve through complex situations - Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization - Enhanced organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - ability to create complete formulas and efficient data manipulation - Preferred Qualifications - Strong PBM industry knowledge and 3+ years of PBM or healthcare experience - Experience developing E2E outcomes and methodology analytic modeling while working across departments - Experience working with an enterprise level data warehouse - Strong reverse engineering of legacy code and processes - Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Reporting Structure - Reports to Principal Applied Analytics Analyst Potential pay for this position ranges from $82,200.00 - $123,400.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
