It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make. - Job Posting Title Sr Program Analyst Remote - Job Description - Responsibilities - Identify and facilitate business process improvements and determines the scope and necessity for desktop procedures, SOPs and other documentation; may manage quality control procedures - Conduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against regulatory compliance metrics, business and/or client requirements - Depending on business alignment, may coordinate annual and monthly submission process for regulated health benefit plans including development of benefit management packages, tracking of program additions/removals, and revisions to program targets; may also focus on project execution, quarterly business reviews, business development initiatives, and overall program management - Other duties as assigned - Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, biology or other related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 5 years of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related experience leading business process improvement - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship - Additional Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to initiate, design and complete projects independently and within established timeframes - Demonstrated ability to acquire, manipulate and organize complex data and effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences within various levels of an organization - Progressive leadership responsibility - Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy - Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office - Preferred Qualifications - National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) - 5 years of PBM, Managed Care or Pharmaceutical/Trade experience - Project Management skills - Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management - Proficient in MS Access - Familiarity with SAS - Working knowledge of RxCLAIM and Formulary Workplace - Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus - Reporting Structure - Reports to Sr Professional, Sr Principal, or Sr Director in the Clinical Program Development department - Could report to Sr Director in the Government Programs or Pharm Trade Relations department - Could report to Manager or Director in the Clinical Operations department Potential pay for this position ranges from $82,200.00 - $123,400.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
