Job Posting Title Director of Communications (Remote) **Job Description**: The Director of Communications guides the execution for internal and external communications, website, and public relations to consistently articulate Prime’s brand and value proposition. This position works with other peer groups as the communications partner on a variety of projects and initiatives. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement complex communication strategies through interaction and collaboration with internal stakeholders, senior leaders and Prime clients - Consult with senior leaders on corporate communications and public relations strategy - Develop and oversee a broad media relations strategy including cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key national and local media - Leverage a deep understanding of Prime’s key business objectives, along with external factors such as industry trends and the political environment to proactively anticipate media attention and manage crisis communication - Establish consistent internal and external brand voice and compelling, effective communications across functions, internal channels and external media - Create awareness of Prime’s Brand and key messages through a variety of mediums and conduct research to evaluate effectiveness - Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholders - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication or public relations or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 8 years of work experience in corporate communications, reputation management, and/or marketing - 5 years of leadership/people management experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Ability to provide strategic counsel and constructive feedback with a strong sense of professional integrity and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential material appropriately - Ability to deliver big picture communication strategies and drive high profile, large projects to execution - Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously through ongoing change, without compromising quality - Strong people management and coaching skills Preferred Qualifications - Masters or MBA - PBM/health care experience Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to Sr Dir or AVP in the Corporate Communications department Potential pay for this position ranges from $104,700.00 - $167,300.00 based on location, experience and skills. - To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our - Benefits Page - and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail.
