Customer Success Manager

You’ll be accountable for Customer’s overall success with SoftwareONE, including renewals, expansion, customer health, and satisfaction, making sure our customers get the most out of our product and meet their business needs.
- You will develop individual success plans to ensure SoftwareONE adoption, expansion, and advocacy for each of your customers.
- Have a consistent track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a sales (farmer) setting.
- Have ability to work across cultural boundaries, with complex customers, involving multiple stakeholders and potential partners/affiliates involved in the ecosystem.
- Have understanding or experience in support (e.g. Azure and M365 cloud support), L1 or L2 support is required.
- Ability to gather internal information by generating relevant customer reports, to analyse data and to support opportunity developments.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Process-driven and organized by nature
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client facing role
- Microsoft certifications a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
