
Lead HR Business Partner for Procurement

As Lead HR Business Partner for Infineon’s global Procurement organization you provide strategic & consultative guidance to the business and drive HR related business initiatives. You take ownership for talent strategies, organizational development and respective global deployment. In this role, you will foster close relationships with top management -as part of the business leadership team
- and with other HR functions to ensure that the organization is well-positioned to achieve their business objectives. Furthermore, you will build-up and leverage your international network to continuously deploy the HR strategy across the regions.
In your new role you will:
- Act as responsible **Lead HR Business Partner **for Infineon’s global Procurement organization and ‘External Wafer Manufacturing’
- **Develop in-depth understanding of the related business **as consultant and strategic partner with respect to HR-relevant topics e.g. strategy, business situation, technology trends etc.
- **Actively support the organization **to define relevant challenges related to people and organizational aspects and consult for **leadership and team topics**:
- **Drive talent management activities **for your assigned organization globally
- Participate in and **facilitate workshops, like development
- or succession conferences **for the assigned business
- **Coordinate and provide global core HR processes for your organization **, following the guidance by the Global HR Business Partner
- Enable and lead global **HR projects**
You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. You anticipate even the future needs of customers and engage actively with the customer about these needs. You set yourself ambitious goals and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **degree **in **economics, psychology or related fields**:
- **At least 8 years working experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a global, technology & digitalization environment **(with all Business Partner related responsibilities; e.g. in shaping and deploying HR processes)
- **Strong experience in providing both operational and strategic HR topics **within a matrix organization in an international context
- **Experience in facilitating organizational development, change management **as well as in workshop moderation
- Good understanding of **individual and collective labor law**:
- **A strong intercultural mindset **, ideally with international experience or background
- The ability to easily develop **trustful professional relationships and communicate with senior leaders **at eye level
- **Excellent English **communication skills, German language skills would be an additional asset
