**Your new company**
Our client is a leading international F&B organisation, well known globally for its products and service.
**Your new role**
You will be managing the C&B team, overseeing all compensation and benefits matters locally. You will implement pay and recognition policies that are aligned with business strategies, conduct compensation reviews and monitor market trends through salary surveys to ensure the business is in line with the market. You will also be a key contributor to some C&B and cross functional projects.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have at least 4 years of experience in the C&B space. You will be a team player who can work independently in a fast paced environment. You have great business acumen paired with people engagement and project management skills. Ideally have experience using a Workday HRIS system.
**What you'll get in return**
