**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Conduct recurring compensation activities such as annual increment, promotions, special adjustments, variable bonus, bi-annual sales incentive pay outs, and the Annual Wage Supplement calculation
- Job evaluation and job pricing of roles as requested by the HRBP team
- Administer bi-annual senior management reward plan for Managing Directors
- Consolidation and submission of data for C&B / HR survey (e.g. Mercer, SNEF) participation
- Administration of insured and non-insured benefits (including Outpatient claims), as well as various insurance policy renewals within the scope of the C&B team
- Assist in the consolidation and review of C&B policies
- Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and cost simulation for C&B programs where applicable
- Handle incoming C&B-related invoices and recharges for payments
- Consolidate and submit C&B data for internal / external audit purposes as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
Min 3 Years of Experience and knowledge preferably in the HR function

Degree preferred, but is not a pre-requisite
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic understanding the basic principles guiding C&B policy
- Logical and able to make recommendations based on rational justifications
- Meticulous and pays close attention to detail
- Resourceful, with the ability to identify appropriate parties for information
- Effective communicator
- Exhibits a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
