**ABOUT CORPAY**

**Principal Responsibilities Include**
- Drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management, understanding of Corpay’s products, platforms, and offerings
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including essential contacts, account dealing preferences, and activity flows for foreign exchange hedging needs
- Booking and confirming client transactions across available products - spot, limit orders, forwards, options etc.
- Works closely with internal departments as client needs arise including credit, compliance, operations, sales
- Answering and processing inbound/outbound calls.
- Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics
- Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s)
- Exhibit and utilize knowledge of foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients cash flow, product pricing and profitability
- Attend all scheduled training, meetings, or other events as assigned by manager or other levels of leadership
- Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years previous account management experience in financial services industry preferable but not necessary
- 2+ years’ experience in a middle office or client-facing role within the Financial Services sector. FX experience would be an advantage.
- Passionate about global financial markets and FX
- Copes very well in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Has strong attention to details
- Has strong communication skills both in spoken and written English
- Sound numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate emotional resilience.
- Integrity, reliability, strong work ethic, efficiency, and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Team oriented and ability to work unsupervised.

Pay: Up to $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
