**Better starts and ends with the customer**

You will use your previous business to business skills to focus on building customer trust, loyalty, and retention. You’ll ideally have a bachelor’s degree, be comfortable with MS office and be able to learn multiple in-house systems quickly. We’ll also need you to possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Ideally, you will have working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry as a dealer, trader or a support role (2-5 years) and be driven by sales and hitting targets, for which you will be remunerated accordingly. Ideally you will come with MAS RNF (Monetary Authority of Singapore (Representative Notification Framework), but this is not essential.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The hiring team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
