We are seeking a Treasury Dealer to manage the bank’s foreign exchange, money market, and fixed income trading activities. The role involves executing trades, managing liquidity, optimizing returns and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute FX, money market, and bond transactions to manage liquidity and funding requirements.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow positions across multiple currencies.
- Optimize short-term investments to maximize returns while ensuring adequate liquidity.
- Maintain trading positions within approved risk limits and guidelines.
- Provide market updates and trading ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support ALM (Asset-Liability Management) activities by providing funding and pricing solutions.
- Build strong relationships with counterparties (banks, brokers) to ensure competitive market access.
- Prepare treasury reports, deal tickets and assist in regulatory reporting where needed.
- Stay updated with market developments (interest rates, forex trends, macroeconomic data).
- Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations, internal policies and audit requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
- 3-5 years of treasury dealing experience.
- Familiarity with MAS regulatory framework (e.g., MAS 610 reporting).
- Strong knowledge of FX, MM, bonds, derivatives and/or structured products.
- Excellent numeracy, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in trading platforms like Bloomberg, Reuters and FX trading systems.
