In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Familiar with the operation mode of cross-border payment and cross-border e-commerce multi-currency system, able to lead the team for the design of foreign exchange and liquidity schemes in different corridors, and produce feasible schemes and product documents
2. Have strategic insight, clearly interpret the specific needs of the business for products, and lead the promotion of foreign exchange capital plans and the delivery and on-time payment products, liquidity management products, etc.
3. Responsible for the design of trading plans and risk hedging plans, and helping traders to identify risk exposures more quickly and facilitate transaction execution in product design.
4. Understand domestic and foreign banks and payments Institutional foreign exchange and cash management product system can effectively promote inter-institutional cooperation
5. Understand exchange rate policies and compliance requirements of different countries and regions to ensure the feasibility of overseas local foreign exchange projects.
1. Bachelor degree or above, 8 years or above working experience in financial institutions or payment institutions
2. Knowledge of various common foreign exchange transactions and risk hedging tools, experience in foreign exchange transactions or foreign exchange products of large banking institutions, payment institutions, brokers is preferred. Rich experience in platform product design is preferred.
3. Always have the enthusiasm for starting a business, and be able to deal with challenges and pressures well
4. Self-motivated and able to maintain a high degree of teamwork
