The Singapore Futures Department is the central dealing and trading hub for the CSG-CIMB group and provides a wide range of services and support to our global clients and internal teams. As the Head of the Foreign Exchange Dept, you will have overall responsibility for the Company's FX policies, operations, and business strategy. Your remit will also include providing strategic direction to the team, identifying new business opportunities and products. Job Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for: Handle FX derivative products Handle new product approvals Timely and accurate pricing and execution of FX derivative products Identify market opportunities & develop products that cater to client's needs Maintain and develop existing client relationships Find and onboard potential new clients Source and engage with prospective new client trading representatives Exercise independent judgement and act with integrity, care, skill and diligence Foster relationships and networks with both internal and external stakeholders Job Requirements To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be: Degree holder in related discipline Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience In-depth knowledge and understanding of FX, FX Option and Derivative markets A team player who can multi-task Driven, self-motivated and eager to learn Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits
