Money Market Dealer

**Responsibilities**
- To manage and monitor the bank’s funding position of all currencies and inter-bank counterparty limit.
- To conduct money market and foreign exchange trades in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- To manage the branch’s overall liquidity with both short term funding tools such as money market borrowing/lending, FX swap, repo and certificates of deposits issuances; and long term funding tools such as bonds issuances and repo.
- To quote the funds transfer price to internal customer departments for asset/liability businesses
- To constantly look for any funding operations and strategies that will lead to lowering of overall cost of funds.
- To manage the cash flow positions of the bank and ensure that its liquidity is always well maintained and adequately provided.
- To strictly observe full compliance of all regulatory requirements and head office policies and guidelines in the process and completion of deals.
- To strictly observe the dealer authorization limits as laid out in the power of attorney. To possess the characteristics of honesty, integrity, strong sense of responsibility and will to learn.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Minimum 3 years of money market dealing experience in a well-established Financial institution
- Good communication skills Meticulous, honest and able to act with integrity
