In this role, you will work with a portfolio of clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals and digitalization goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.

You will:

- provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients
- use your in-depth knowledge of FX markets and commercial awareness to build customer trust, loyalty and retention
- be booking FX deals over the phone for customers.
- Hedging discovery and upselling.
- Be monitoring market conditions
- be essential to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiency.
- Be working closely with Global Nurturing team and local Digital Relationship Managers, you will be involved in the migration, activation and enablement efforts of our digital push.
- Very flexible working arrangements (work from home available)

You will ideally have:

- at least 3 years working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry within a sales-focused role.
- Experience speaking on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutions
- Degree preferred
- preferably MAS RNF Licensed.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for foreign exchange and sales
