This is an exciting & varied role where you will gain fantastic, transferrable work experience at the same time become an integral member of the SAJK Sales Operations team.
The SAJK Tier 1 Operations team supports people in the Sales, Marketing & Support functions in our regional field operations. We have a variety of responsibilities including business process management, business analysis & management reporting, and end-user support. We work in a varied systems environment with platforms including SAP, Business Information and internal and custom-built solutions & reporting tools.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assists in system/process improvement activities.
- May serve as a liaison between Information Technology, user groups and functional departments.
- May be responsible for reporting, tool development and design of excel files to manage information needs.
- May create or work with web developers to create internal web pages.
- Managing CRM maintenance activities including territory and organizational setup, user setup, and user training
- Support complex issues for CRM, Reporting and Quoting questions
- Partnering with other team members, IT, and global operations to drive CRM process continuity across the business channel
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree plus a minimum of 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including SAP CRM and SAP ECC
- Ability to utilize Excel or Access to generate custom analytics
- Ability to collaborate equally effectively throughout all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, and solve a broad range of system and/or workflow problems of varying scope and complexity
- Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes that may impact the business. Requires people and resource management through others, and may include leading third-party resources.
- Good English Communication, training and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Words and Excel
- Ability to speak in **Korean or Chinese (to handle China, Hong Kong and Taiwan partners) language **will be an advantage.
