**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Customer Service Support Excellence and build Strong Relationship to achieve high customer satisfaction and strong customer support and loyalty
- Manage resources to solicit directly with customer or through Sales for die support to achieve revenue and business plan
- Manage Sales forecast, responses to ensure customer demands are supported by UTAC capacity and material purchases
- Manage Resources to execute new business off load into factory on a timely manner to meet both customer and factory expectations
- Solicit feedback on customer business direction changes, potential new business and provide these inputs to sales and business development for strategic planning

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Management
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer Service in semi-conductor industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good analytical skills and adaptability
- Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
