Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- Work together with Sales to establish and understand the customer requirements; translate client requirements into solutions, with ability to handle critical situations by always ensuring that client requirements are met.
- Involvement as Presales from engaging the client, analysing the business need, proposal, negotiation and converting the leads to prospects
- To translate the client requirements into solutions, be able to work on design, projects and support for Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, and Security
- To support sales for all the technical demo, proof of concept(POCs) and client presentation onsite or virtually
- To collaborate with Service Delivery Team in pushing forward the projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience in the IT System Integrator (SI) environment.
- Possess strong foundation of cloud and infrastructure framework with hands-on experience in Hyper-converged, Hyper-V, VMWare, Virtualization, Back-ups and Recovery, Storage, Server Consolidation, Firewall Management, cloud and collaboration platforms.
- Possess any certification of the above technologies.
- Demonstrate leadership and great interpersonal skill to initiate and execute internal and external stakeholders in solution discussion.
- Driven and excited to bring the solution to the customer environments.
