As a **Presales Consultant **at a rapidly expanding fintech startup, you will play a pivotal role in fueling international growth through detailed market analysis, crafting innovative solutions, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to seize new business prospects.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Market Strategy and Pre-Sales for Global Markets**:Oversee market research, identify growth opportunities, and design tailored solutions for international markets. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to expand the company’s reach and foster new business relationships.
- **Create Custom Financial Solutions for Key Partners**:Develop innovative, client-specific solutions for financial institutions, including government bodies, banks, and fintech players. This includes providing consulting expertise, crafting compelling proposals, and preparing bid responses aligned with client needs and industry standards.
- **Shape the Early Stages of Projects and Client Relationships**:Take a hands-on approach in the initial phases of projects by conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying business needs, and collaborating with clients to design suitable solutions. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and the successful execution of projects.
- **Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and Foster Innovation**:Proactively stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Leverage this knowledge to propose forward-thinking, scalable solutions that enhance the company’s offerings and drive long-term success.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in presales and/or solutions consulting (8+ years), leading B2B projects within fintech, big data, risk management, or internet industries.
- In-depth expertise in fintech, payments, risk management, or related system consulting, with a strong background in solution design and implementation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.Willingness to work overseas on a project basis for short-term assignments (3-6 months).
