**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to fill the role of Presales Consultant. In this position, you will lead the presales efforts, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning our products and services. As part of this role, you will also actively contribute to elements of requirements gathering, collaborating closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements for successful project delivery.
**Presales Management**:
- Lead in engaging with potential clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Provide strategic input in presales discussions and demonstrations, leveraging technical expertise to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements.
**Requirements Gathering**:
- Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the analysis and documentation of detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their evolving needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the value of our solutions.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure seamless transitions from presales to project implementation.
- Support the development of project proposals, timelines, and cost estimates based on gathered requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Ideally possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presales, specifically within the Retail and F&B sector.
- Demonstrated success in effectively leading and positioning sophisticated solutions for enterprise customers.
- Proficient in business analysis, actively contributing to the thorough gathering and documentation of detailed requirements.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Adept at collaborative work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM, Ecommerce and Point of Sales Solutions is advantageous.
