**Job Description**:
Taylor & Francis is recruiting for a Sales Support Executive in Singapore. The aim of this role is to help improve the sales administration process, customer account records and work processes towards a more automated approach. You will work closely with the Sales Managers on delivering customer satisfaction experience and on growing revenues.

**Location**:

- Flexible working is offered with this role (be that remote, in the office or hybrid), however the ability to attend in-person events or training in Singapore will be required (post-Covid)

- Provide administrative support to sales department
- Generate reports that assist in sales analysis and account management processes
- Update vendor and/or customer databases
- Prepare sales materials for vendors and sales when required
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer problems
- Pre and Post-sales support functions: Support the sales team by working with internal systems to provide reporting, sales invoices and information on a regular basis; Monitoring and take necessary action for speeding up the renewal process in order to secure the sales revenue
- Data entry as necessary
- Support field based and in-house sales colleagues
- Other tasks as necessary and specific to role

**Qualifications**:
**More about you**:

- Strong administrative skills
- Publishing industry background is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Word, Power Point and Excel required
- Experience with CRM, SAP software
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities and initiate.
- Demonstrate initiative and be self-starting
- Excellent written and verbal skills a must
