We are looking for an Admin Assistant that will be supporting the Admin Executive on daily general admin duties inclusive of part-timer attendance checking/updating, preparation of HR letters and handling enquire from employees etc.
**Highlights**
- 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
- location: Tampines, Reebonz Building
- Salary range : $2,200 - $2,800 basic

**Responsibilities**
- Support on HRIS Data entry. Maintaining employee P-file and other records.
- Be the deputy for HR/Admin for all work pass matters
- Be the goto person for all insurance enquiries for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
- Manage any submissions required such as MOM surveys etc.
- Work closely with recruitment team to handle the on-boarding documentations for new hires
- Process employee's requests and provide relevant information
- Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.
- Manage requisition of company uniform/mobile phone/Stationaries etc.
- Any other HR admin tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Logistic, or other relevant fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is advantageous
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethic.
