**Your day to day**
Join us as a Business Development Coordinator in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. We’re looking for someone who can:
Provide a co-ordination and administrative service for the hotel sales team to assist with revenue generation of the hotel and in deed all hotels within the Intercontinental Hotels Group.

**Financial returns**:

- Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans - Distributes sales leads
- Work in line with business needs
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
- Assist with the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for the hotel
- Work with other ICHG properties and assist superiors including regional sales personnel to sell their properties

**People**:

- Attend monthly sales meetings
- Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
- Liaison with advertising agency

**Guest Experience**:

- Organise Trade shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors
- Create artwork and have collateral input for flyers for direct mail purposes & assist with promotional activities for rooms & conference
- Maintain and update promotional flyers
- Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items - Assist with direct mail campaigns
- Assist with promotions and famils where requested
- Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner

**Responsible Business**:

- Statistical collation on behalf of state (weekly)
- Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
- Maintenance and management of data base
- Assist with tender submissions
- Stock control of collateral
- Maintain stock of printed material

**Accountability**:

- Strive for constant improvement and take responsibility for your own performance
- Ensure that administrative support extend to the sales team constantly.
- Adhere to InterContinental Hotel Group Corporate Code of Conduct
- Adhere to Hotel Handbook and general policies and procedures
- Adhere to Sales Policies and Procedures - Report problems to Management with suggestions for resolution

**What we need from you**
Qualifications and requirements:

- GCE “O” Level Certification or related field preferred, with 1 year of related experience or a equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in English and other languages will be an advantage
