About the role

Relevé Gym & Dance is seeking a talented Business & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, client experience, and strategic growth of our Rhythmic Gymnastics academy at Parkway Parade.

This full-time role combines business leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for working with families and young athletes. You'll partner closely with the Head Coach & Owner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional service to clients, and drive Relevé's continued growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead overall business operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Oversee all aspects of client management — inquiries, enrollments, communication, and issue resolution — ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of full-time and part-time coaches to deliver well-run, engaging programmes.
  • Implement and refine operational policies, systems, and service standards.
  • Develop marketing, partnership, and retention initiatives to grow enrollment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, programme expansion, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in business or operations management, ideally within the sports, dance, or enrichment sector.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage both people and processes effectively.
  • Competence in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
  • Degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week (off-days typically on weekdays).
  • Full-time, on-site role — no remote or flexible scheduling.
