IT Manager

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of IT staff (China & India)
- Review IT systems and structure and provide IT recommendations, direction and strategy to enhance the Company’s IT systems efficiency to meet business needs.
- Develop/review IT policies and procedures.
- Responsible for preparation, monitoring and tracking of IT Budget.
- Planning, budgeting & handling IT related projects and ad-hoc projects.
- Monitoring & managing software license to ensure regulation compliance.
- Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
- To develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
- Selection and effective management of telecommunication, hardware, software and other IT vendors.
- Coordinate with IT colleagues from other regions for IT solutions development and maintenance.
- Develop strategic information systems plan.
- Oversee IT cost and service performance in each HTL business unit.
- Review and submit IT budgets (operational and development) for approval.
- Direct enterprise-wide technology initiates.
- Oversee the overall planning and direction of all IT activities.
- Manage IT supplier relationship at enterprise level.
- Constantly maintain the Information Technology organization to be agile, service-oriented.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Business-oriented with good leadership qualities.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
