About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Architectural Coordinator to join the project team for a major condominium development in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating architectural works onsite, bridging design intent with site execution, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve conflicts and prevent abortive works.
  • Work closely with M&E and structural teams to address clashes and ensure seamless integration of building services.
  • Review architectural drawings, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper execution onsite.
  • Provide technical guidance on detailing and material specifications.
  • Manage architectural change requests and site instructions.
  • Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to support smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and highlight issues or delays to the Project Manager with recommended solutions.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with CONQUAS/QM exposure on projects valued at $100M and above.
  • Familiarity with authority requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, LTA).
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and resolve onsite technical issues.
  • A proactive problem-solver and team player, capable of working independently.
  • Prior experience in major A&A works, underpinning, or conservation projects will be advantageous.
  • Willing to commit to a full-time onsite role.
