**Responsibilities**:
Payroll Processing and Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement, compliance with relevant local regulations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and claims.
- Work closely with payroll vendor for overseas payroll processing and administration.
- Generate payroll reports and provide payroll-related data and analysis to management, HR, audit and finance departments as needed.Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with payroll-related issues, including salary inquiries, tax and etc.
HR Administration:
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as employee records management, and HRIS maintenance, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer employee benefits programs enrolment and cessation.
- Oversea the renewal process for local and overseas work passes and contract renewal within the group.
- General HR administration and ensure proper documentation and records
- Assist and support in various ad-hoc HR projects/ activities
- Training and Development:
- Maintain and update training recordsCoordinate training programs and supporting the development and implementation of training initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
