**Head of Regional Headquarters (RHQ) Preparatory Office - Singapore**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead the establishment of our new Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Singapore. This pivotal role involves constructing a sustainable and future-ready organizational structure that will serve as a strategic hub for our Southeast Asia operations. The RHQ will encompass critical functions including Southeast Asia New Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, Trading & Commercial Service, Smart Manufacturing Transformation, and Operational Excellence & Training.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Head of the RHQ Preparatory Office, you will:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the RHQ establishment.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment in organizational design.
- Oversee the organizational split-up of our current Singapore entity into distinct Holding and Operating entities.
- Develop and define core functions within the RHQ, including HR, Finance, Trading, New Business Development, and Manufacturing Transformation.
- Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure transparency and engagement throughout the RHQ build-up phase.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably with experience in setting up new regional offices or business units in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, project management, and change management in a complex, multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of key corporate functions including HR, Finance, Trading, Business Development, and Manufacturing Operations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
- Ability to work independently, make critical decisions, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly desirable.
