Job Description:
APAC Corporate Planning (Regional Headquarters)

Independently engage in various corporate planning activities of Rasia and other group companies in APAC, including but not limited to:

- Identifying, analyzing and solving business challenges
- Supporting and managing group companies in terms of corporate operation
- Enhancing governance and compliance
- Drafting and implementing of internal policies
- Organizing meetings (Rasia’s BOD, AGM, and regional wide meeting)
- Act as a liaison between HQ & Regional stakeholders
- Conduct research and financial analysis for business development

Must Have:

- 10+ years of career
- Experience with managing subsidiaries at RHQ or Global Headquarters. Or rich experience in corporate functions such as FP&A, governance, compliance
- Good project management skills with wide knowledge of corporate functions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Logical thinking, and quantitative skills
- Able to converse in both English and Japanese as you will be required to work closely with various stakeholder and senior management based in Japan
