Working days: 6 days a week. (Alternate Saturday) Weekdays 10.50am-7Pm, Weekend 11.50am-7pm
- **Job Description**_
- To work closely with Director and all staff to grow sales and achieve target
- To ensure showroom is always neat and well displayed.
- Report and submit staffs attendance daily to HR department
- Handling administration matters for the company
- To ensure smooth delivery and installation of products to consumers.
- Assist on phone group chats, Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ring up purchases (sales contract, delivery order).
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Generate sales leads
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Cancel or upgrade accounts
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Place or cancel orders
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Any ad-hoc duties tasks and duties, as assigned

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
