Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organization’s digital programme.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Scheduling and Business Admin Portal Management**:

- Manage the organization’s scheduling system
- Maintain and oversee the Business Admin Portal, ensuring its accuracy and functionality

**3. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring**:

- Download monthly reports from the Customer Satisfaction Dashboard
- Analyse and check customer satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement

**4. Business Data Management**:

- Manage and consolidate business data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility when needed

**5. Audit Findings and Service Level Reporting**:

- Collate monthly summaries of audit findings
- Highlight any lapses or deviations against Service Level Agreements

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or GCE A Level with years of relevant work experience.
- Good customer service, strong communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Experienced in scheduling meeting and activities
- Experienced in invoicing
- Experienced in customer service
- Preferred to be meticulous and comfortable working with numbers

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
