Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support our marketing team across various tasks including digital engagement, admin coordination, and basic website/content updates. This role requires someone who understands hospitality and lifestyle branding, is fluent with Instagram and TikTok, and has experience in the Singapore market. Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM/CMS) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and social media scheduling
Maintain marketing calendars, folders, and content libraries
Prepare and organize reports or presentations for campaign reviews

2. Community Engagement & Social Media
Reply to direct messages and engage with comments on Instagram and TikTok
Maintain a warm, on-brand tone in all online interactions
Flag and escalate important feedback or customer concerns

3. Website & CRM Maintenance
Update website content and pages through GoHighLevel
Ensure accuracy of promotions, menu, copy, and images
Collaborate with the tech team for any backend issues

4. Administrative & Operational Support

Organize digital files, media libraries, and contact databases
Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and doing follow-ups
Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and collaborators when needed

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in marketing support or admin role
Familiarity with the Singapore market, including local audiences and digital behavior
Strong understanding of hospitality and lifestyle industries
Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CMS/CRM systems
Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized

Bonus but not required :Ability to communicate in Mandarin or other local languages

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
