Shipping Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean, air, and ground transport.
- Accurately prepare and review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/L, CoO, etc.).
- Ensure correct **HS Code classification** for all products in line with import/export regulations.
- Work with customs brokers to manage clearance and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays.
- Track and maintain shipping records in ERP or logistics management systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams to ensure delivery timelines.
- Calculate and verify freight charges and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of changing global customs regulations and shipping laws.
- Support inventory control with shipping/receiving data accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
