Overview

Within Mastercard we have developed a new area of the business - Digital Partnerships. We are creating synergies and scale for Mastercard assets and capabilities, to drive market acceleration for services.

Mastercard is creating a new entrepreneurial team, a start-up within our organization.

We want to hire high performers to drive Mastercard into the new landscape of emerging partnerships to create Mastercard’s vision of ‘A World beyond Cash’. Support growth of Mastercard’s digital partnership business through increasing Mastercard share and expansion of business engagement with global and regional digital players which are composed of digital merchants, digital payment enablers and wallet players.

**Responsibilities**:

- Landscape analysis by consumer segments and business areas
- Articulation of long term strategy, business opportunities, and operational reporting for internal stakeholder through management reporting, performance dashboard, etc
- Support business development through identification of business opportunities, development of sales pitches and business proposal, and preparation of periodical business review with external stakeholders
- Develop and manage financial models / business cases development for new business opportunities
- Analyze and track key business performance metrics
- Support execution of commercial deals from initial engagements, client negotiations, contract agreement process to implementation
- Early account management for digital partners in coordination with product development, internal support teams such as customer delivery, operations and technology, legal, finance and market/geography teams

Experiences
- 3-5 year working experience. Experience in consulting/strategy, business analysis

executing and managing business development strategies
- Strong capability in complex financial / business analysis and in business presentation development and delivery in formal and informal settings
- Output-driven; focused on detail and high quality deliverables Ability to present output
- Can live with uncertainty, blue sky thinking and constant change
