**Your new role**
- Ticket booking
- Co-ordinate marketing events
- Host Zoom meetings
- Book restaurant or meeting rooms
- Collateral for festive seasons
- Local courier + DHL arrangement
- Mails collection / distribution
- Investigation / queries from client Monthly/weekly statement generation
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Can multi-task
- Can handle more than 100 staff.
- At least 2 years of experience of handling office admin in the finance industry
