Responsibilities of ID Admins Assistant Team Lead/Team Lead:

- Produce quality work at all times to minimize rework and client complaints.
- Comply with instituted workplace securities at customer premises
- Perform labeling, ID revalidation, and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
- Perform Privileges Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner
- Perform timely escalation to the respective support team where necessary
- Perform tasks assigned by the line manager and be contactable at all times.

Day-to-Day responsibilities
- Manage the daily activities for the team of ID Admins and evaluate performance.
- Provide development and training activities for personnel.
- Maintain IT operational hours of coverage and after hours work and develop necessary staffing schedules.
- Facilitate the implementation a standard ITIL service management framework and provide direct oversight of the service operation and continuous service improvement phases of the ITIL life cycle.
- Oversee service management process cross-functionally throughout IT and work with other IT leaders to ensure adoption.
- Facilitate reporting of IT key performance indicators (KPI’s) and service levels.
- Ensure escalated service requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate projects across technical teams.
- Manage budget.
- Identify areas for process improvements.
- Other ancillary duties as assigned

Requirements include:
1. Minimally degree in any field
2. Able to work in a Healthcare environment.
3. Be able to work after office hours and on weekends, whenever as per operation needs

4. Able to commit to urgent last minute requests and return to office to drive the operation as and when operation needs.

5. Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, including booster shot

6. Must be vaccinated against TDAP/MMR as per site’ requirement

Working hours:

- 5.5 days work week
- 9 staggered hours between 7.30 am to 7.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- 4 hours staggered between 7 am to 2 pm (Sat)
