We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, New Business, Employee Benefits**.

**Principal Responsibilities**

This role contributes to Employee Benefits business through acquisition of new business through the various distribution channels such as Broker, FAs, Bank, Direct and Agency channel.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Lead the marketing of Group Insurance solutions and services through distribution channel partners
- Develop value propositions and engagement activities to increase sales opportunities
- Produce new & customized clients and design programs for intermediaries & their clients, establish relationships through meetings and generate value across partnerships
- Responsible for the business underwriting and risk assessment based on set policies & procedures
- Design new programs for clients’ needs, placing business as per their requirements.
- Ensure service level commitments to channel partners and clients are met by ensuring key deliverables for service level are incorporated in the performance review
- Lead engagement with internal stakeholders on placement of new policies, claims management and credit control governance
- Responsible for business and regulatory compliance risks and to undertake appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years working experiences in sales and marketing in Employee Benefits/ Group Insurance
- Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification
- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape
